What is Reiki?
Reiki was developed in Japan over 100 years ago by Dr Mikao Usui as a form of natural Healing and Spiritual awakening which he taught and passed on through initiations to his students who then became Reiki Masters.
Reiki is about accessing this Universal Life Energy and channeling it to Self or another to promote Natural HEALING, PERSONAL GROWTH & SPIRITUAL AWAKENING.

What Happens During A Treatment?
You don’t have to do anything except lie down fully clothed (or sit if lying isn’t possible) on a treatment couch and relax into being as comfortable as possible.
The treatment, which is non-intrusive, is then given by channeling the Healing through the hands in a sequence of positions which will move over the whole of the body, front first then back. Each position is held for several minutes.
Reiki treats the Whole person rather than symptoms and a session last about an Hour.
What Can I Expect?
It varies from person to person, and from session to session. Sometimes you may feel warmth or tingling, sometimes nothing at all.
You may even fall asleep…a lot of people do!
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
That is a personal decision. It depends what’s going on in your life and how you feel…
You may want to have weekly sessions for a while then “top-up” sessions once a month…It really is up to you.
Can anyone receive too much Healing?!!
